Highly positive results from the five Tibetan exercises
One of my hatha yoga students kindly gave me a copy of book 1 as a gift. A bit skeptical, I started to read it and was charmed by the story, intrigued as to whether the exercises would work. I gave it a try and even in the first week was amazed at the results. I am now up to doing the recommended 21 reps of each of the 5 positions.
